Online women’s network iVillage has filed with the SEC to occasionally sell up to $125 million in common stock… the shelf registration statement includes another 1.6 million shares that may be sold by selling stockholders.
It said it plans to use the proceeds from the shelf offering for working capital and general corporate purposes.
