NDTV.com: The bizarre case of a company claiming global SMS rights for the cricket scores for matches invloving Pakistan will now be heard on Saturday.
The Madras High Court has posted for Saturday a batch of petitions filed by mobile cell phone providers, who are seeking to vacate a February 7 court order.
The judgement had restrained the mobile content providers and telcos from giving out scores of the ongoing one-day series between India and Pakistan over SMS. A ‘vacate petition’ filed by Bharti Televentures, Hutchison, Aircel and other cellphone providers came up for hearing on Friday, but Justice R Banumathi posted it for February 11.
