Nasdaq-listed CDC Corporation, a Chinese company focused on enterprise software, mobile applications and online games, has announced their Q1 2006 results. The revenues has grown bt 14% from $63.8 million a year ago to $64.2 million.
Its net income will range from $4.8- $5.1 million, an increase of approximately 289% over the same period a year ago. China.com, the online gaming and the mobile content division of CDC, has revenues in the range of $11.2 million to $11.4 million, an increase of 26% over the same period a year ago.
As for the portal and mobile applications units, China.com plans to launch country-specific portals. It has already launched one for Italy – Italy.China.com. The portal creates a channel for Italian companies to promote their products in China.
The company plans to spin of the software division (CDC Software) into a separate company. [Via Release]
