According to the draft IPO prospectus of Info Edge,- Sherpalo Ventures of Ram Shriram and Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers have invested Rs 20.75 crore. They bought 847,123 shares at Rs 245 from the promoters. This totals an investment of Rs 20.75 crore ($4.6 million). Their associate companies Murugan Capital and Sherpalo have picked up the shares. Their representative Sandeep Murthy has joined the board of Naukri.
