This Senior Account Executive will have a key leadership role in the DoubleClick PublisherSales Team, managing and selling DoubleClick solutions into high-value Publisher accounts. In addition to exploring further opportunities in existing accounts, will also close and develop new business within a targeted list and will carry a sales contribution quota for a specific geographic region
Responsibilities:
Responsible for maximizing revenue generation, gaining an understanding of prospective customers’ strategies and working with other DoubleClick teams to present a complete technology solution to new and existing clients. Must be able to perform against quota and excel in a highly competitive market.
Skills/Experience:
– Candidate will demonstrate a strategic and analytical sales approach with focus on building partnerships with top tier clients.
– 5 + years hands-on sales experience, of which 3 years experience is in solution based sales, with proven track record in over-achieving quota.
– Must be a leader focused on customer service with excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills.
– Experience selling to publishers in a highly competitive environment.
– Sharp analytical and creative mind to identify and evaluate potential new opportunities.
– Must have strong understanding of the publisher sector.
– Knowledge of internet marketing and/or software sales are a plus.
– BA/BS degree.
