Moser Baer has signed a deal with Mumbai based film production company Baba Arts, giving it rights to market 450 Telugu titles in India for eight years, reports the Economic Times. Baba Arts has received a minimum guarantee of Rs.2.5 crores; once that is recovered, the profit will be split equally between the two companies. Interesting to note that the rights are for marketing the DVDs in India alone. Has anyone tried the Moser Baer DVDs or CDs? I’m wondering if there’s a region lock on the DVDs…

I saw a tamil film on this cd, The quality was good., Only thing, if these guys include subtitles for regional language movies, people will buy variety of language cds
