If the equity is worth more at X date than it is on the day the producer received it the likelihood of that producer pursuing liquidity is greater than it was on the day of the grant.  Assuming that happens, what incentive is left for that producer to stay and continue adding value?  Unless they do success based equity distribution whereby they grant equity on a regular basis at FMV at the time and guage the amount on advertising revenue.  That may prove tough to scale but will be interesting to watch.]]></description>
