Swiss Hawk Increases Interest in HomeTV to 20 percent

German financial company Swiss Hawk has purchased an interest in European digital media specialist Horse Creek Entertainment, owner HomeTV, bringing its total participation up to 20 percent. HomeTV identifies itself as a leading VOD provider throughout Scandinavia and is now aiming for the Baltic and Nordic states as well. HomeTV has negotiated VOD media distribution agreements with Warner Brothers and Scandinavian entertainment company Scanbox, to name but two Currently, the company is also negotiating further content distribution agreements, and aims for a European wide expansion of its business over the next year.
