Podbridge has raised $8.5 million in second round funding, PE Week reports, citing a regulatory filing. The round was led by Sutter Hill Ventures, which was joined by return backers Mayfield and Worldview Technology Partners. Mountain View, CA.-based Podbridge markets a system that provides ad placement inside of podcasts. Greg Sands of SHV will join Podbridge’s board of directors.
