London-based online advertising and publishing company Media Corp. has bought online ad buyer Interactive Consulting Ltd, which also operates as Nash Digital, for £224,700 in cash.

Nash has service offerings throughout Europe and North America. Media Corp. bought it in order to increase its own reach throughout markets in those regions. Nash’s client roster includes ad agencies and brands such as Omnicom Group’s PHD and OMD. The acquisition of Nash is expected to be tied to Media Corp.’s online marketing division Eyeconomy. It’s also expected to provide a lift to Media Corp.’s sales infrastructure as the company looks to build out its website properties OntheBox.com and Gambling.com. As part of the deal, Mark Butt, Nash’s founder, has agreed to work with Media Corp. for at least two years. Release
