Yahoo’s (NSDQ: YHOO) Board of Directors has rejected Microsoft’s (NSDQ: MSFT) “unsolicited proposal”, concluding unanimously that the “proposal is not in the best interests of Yahoo! and our stockholders.” They believe the bid undervalues Yahoo.
