The do not seem to learn. And just too arrogant to accept the fact – it is not about another device.

The Set-Top-Box manufactures barely make any money – and looking to them for a partnership to share costs – that is just insane – just wont happen.

A few thousand dollars and you can create a reference implementation of a device (and make another CES announcement) – the real question is is thier business case – and more importantly what do the studios have to say about this effort.

Synching it to MovieLink – that goes as far as my AM/FM box radio from 1960s – shall we say a real vintage!.

Netflix device has been in gestation for close to 3 years now – by the time it makes it, we may have unearthed the next Pelycosaur!

Blockbuster should stick to selling microwave popcorn and goobers in thier media center – might actually work better for them.
