Sorry, but he&#039;s a self-confessed non-techie who had a very clever man at his side feeding him the info as and when required.
Extremely bad management skills too - telling people to &#039;piss and and find something else&#039; if anyone tried to get the employment contracts they deserved. 

Tom&#039;s a nice guy and level-headed. But I don&#039;t think he&#039;s right either.
