		<description><![CDATA[If this data includes Internet accessed via mobile, then this report is a Joke. The IAMAI figures peg regular broadband users at 32 - 35 Million. Other reports put &#039;people having accessed Internet via mobile atleast once&#039; figures at 30 Million + = More than the number stated in this report. So either the Internet penetration in India is a joke or this report is a joke or both the above mentioned variables need to be rubbished.]]></description>
