		<description><![CDATA[Not to restate the obvious, but with so many local bloggers out there covering local news, it makes sense that the local paper can&#039;t keep up.  I run a small community website, and absolutely blow away the local paper when it comes to online readership and ads.   Mainly it seems to be because the paper wanted to make its online presence simply an electronic version of the physical paper vs. adapting to help online ads perform better.]]></description>
