Google’s Android Mobile A Hard Sell?

I doubt if it will compete with the iPhone right out of the gate. It really has to play catch up to both Apple and RIM. It would have to run on some spectacular hardware in order steal away much market share from either. I think Android will basically eat into WinMo market share. Android will have to have some decent video and music playing apps. I don't know if many games wll be ready for Android when it hits the streets, either. But being so new, I wonder if they'll have the same teething problems that Apple seems to be having. Android is going to have to be near perfect or it's just not going to catch on any time soon.
