– *CBS* Interactive: Sarah Cain has been promoted to VP of communications. Having previously served as director of the division, she will continue to oversee the communications function for CBSI and its digital properties. Cain will work closely with President Neil Ashe, SVP of communications Dana McClintock, and the senior management team on interactive initiatives for audiences, and will also serve as the division’s chief media spokesperson.
– SupplyFrame: John Schirmer is joining the online-ad company as its new VP of global sales. He is leaving Yahoo (NSDQ: YHOO) as a director of sales and was previously the Group Publisher of EDN, Electronic News and Electronic Business.

– Denver Post: Alison Kane will become the newspaper agency’s SVP of interactive media, reports Denver Business Journal. Her appointment is the first senior management addition since Gerald Grilly was named to run the business division. Kane will be responsible for building readership and revenue at the company’s websites, including DenverPost.com, PoliticsWest.com and MileHighMamas.com. Previously, she was EVP and GM of Local Matters.
– Dailymotion: Dailymotion has expanded its U.S.-based sales leadership with the hire of two senior execs, Andrew Freedman and Tamara Jones. Freedman was most recently district sales manager for *Fox Interactive Media* and Jones comes from Gaia Interactive, where she led sales for the east coast region.
– Real Time Matrix: The content and advertising provider has hired Garth Holsinger as its VP of global sales. Holsinger will focus on sales and relationship management with entertainment and consumer brands. With a decade of entertainment experience, he has created and executive produced shows for ABC, MySpace and National Lampoon.
