		<description><![CDATA[Whether it&#039;s Android, Symbian, Linux, Windows Mobile, Windows CE, os OS/360, a mobile phone&#039;s operating system should be irrelevant to its end users, who are interested in features, functionality, and price.  And as long as developers have a way to create and install interesting applications, they&#039;ll be happy as well.

The point of mature platform-based design is that the platform itself, a collection of common features, can be combined with differentiating features to support  a variety of products.  Moreover, with proper product architecture the platform should be extendible, migratable, and even replaceable without affecting the top-level features and functions built upon it.

So in spending so much time talking about the platform and so little about the features, I can only conclude that Moto -- as usual -- doesn&#039;t have a clue, and is desperately crying &quot;Hey, me too! Me too!  I&#039;m using the cool Google OS so pay attention to me!&quot;  Maybe Sanjay Jah should invest some of that $104M compensation package in attempts to reanimate the late Geoffrey Frost.]]></description>

Moto needs to differentiate with services available through their smartphone.  This requires cooperation between Moto and entire industry sectors.  Real limitations are SOLELY based upon bandwidth quantity.  Moto is failing to think about capabilities; and should be less interested in entertainment and more interested in servicing the daily chores of individuals through cooperation with industry sectors.
