Tricia: You'd better go back and read those reviews again. There's no way you can honestly say that "they pretty much came to the conclusion that the Pre is so good, it may end Appleâs reign as the coolest device on the market." Unless "they pretty much" means "anonymous reviewer(s) for the Associated Press." Most of the reviews pointed out serious flaws in the Pre that Palm may be able to fix in a year or two.
Can we please stop publicizing that ridiculous William Hurley Business Week screed? Hurley is a prima donna who doesn't think Palm worshiped the ground he treads enough and has sworn vengeance upon them. With the qualified praise the Pre has received from people without an axe to grind, his tantrum has become even less relevant and he can just go pout in the corner for all he's worth.
@Paul Johnson – "Most of the reviews pointed out serious flaws in the Pre that Palm may be able to fix in a year or two."
You're lying. Anyone who has actually read the reviews who isn't a psychotic Apple fanboi knows as much. While the Pre is not flawless, many of the quibbles can be rectified via software refinements and those won't take a year or two.
Besides, how many years will it take your beloved Apple to support multi-tasking or a hardware keyboard? Anyone? Beuller? Beuller? It took two freaking years and the Pre to finally bully arrogant Apple into adding copy and paste and you think that the Pre is two years away from being decent? Go play with your Steve Jobs doll, fanboi.
Okâ¦let's clear this up: Apple iphone is not trying to look like any of the smart phone in the current marketâ¦but every phone out there are trying hard to be or to look like an iphone ! (wanna be's) he-he-he.â¦any suggestions? Iphone came out and blow everybody out of the water! c'mon there's only one IPHONE.
Apple vs Palm? Two great companies in mobile industry! Truly, it would be very hard for Apple to catch up the Palm Pre.

Homer, I don't think that Apple will be the one "catching up" in this race!
