Please - they were being forced to sell by the VC who backed them.  Shopped around for 9+ months they barely got their money back at most. 10 million is seriously a stretch, I would think half of that at most. The CEO tried everything to keep this one alive and they even hired an bank out of Boston who failed miserably. If AOL wants to do local, I suggest they look elsewhere.]]></description>
