    This is good thing in the sense that people will try to limit their cell phone usage. the flip side of this would be that the companies will have to expend resources to tag everybody's cell phone which is additional cost to the corporate world. The cost/benefit of this policy will be more burdensome on the employers rather than savings. I vote against this policy as it is just complicating matters.
