Now that AOL (NYSE: TWX) has crossed out the Platform-A brand in favor of AOL Advertising, the company is moving to restructure its UK ad sales team, Mediaweek UK reports. The changes follow AOL CEO Tim Armstrong’s 100-day review of the company.
As part of the rebranding of the company’s UK ad services, a number of execs will get new titles. Sarah Perry will move from director of category sales to director of category and agency pan-European sales. In addition, Toby Morris, who was Platform-A’s head of category sales since December, will take on Perry’s former title.
Earlier this month, AOL ordered Brendan Condon to return to New York from London, where he was head of overseas ops for Platform-A. He’d only been in that post for little over a year. In his place, Bebo
