PCUK/Harris Poll: Print Copies May Convince Readers To Pay Online

Our exclusive paidContent:UK/Harris Interactive poll has this week shown how resistant most consumers are to charging for online newspapers. But, for publishers, one possible hope arises on our final day of results: consider print and online in tandem. Isn't this question like asking Turkeys to vote for Christmas with Easter thrown in at a discount??
I have never seen a survey where the majority opinion is to PAY for exactly the same product that you currently get for free.
Ian – and yet, that's what certain publishers are proposing.
