Hands-On Mobile Quietly Appoints Niccolo De Masi As CEO; David White Leaves

Mobile game publisher Hands-On Mobile has reshuffled its top management, quietly replacing CEO David White with President Niccolo De Masi. No formal announcement has been made, but pocketgamer.biz reports that White left the business last week, and that De Masi is now listed on the company’s web site as CEO. Separately, there’s a rumor that Dan Kranzler, who founded the company in 2001, may take a more active role, reports Cabana Mobile. The company has yet to respond to requests seeking comment.
As of recently, the company has been focusing on games for Facebook and the iPhone and its developer network that helps small shops bring their games to a variety of platforms. In Dec., the San Francisco-based company laid off an undisclosed number of employees after spinning off several of its international divisions. More recently, it lost its high-profile ‘Guitar Hero’ license to its rival Glu Mobile (NSDQ: GLUU).
Aw– lucky White, now he can really do nothing and get paid – USAUSA!
HHHmmm Chem7 is actually my nickname and more than one senior person at hands-on has contacted me (my nickname is only known by a few people and they mainly members of Hands-On Management) to see if I made the above post under the name Chem7.
I am pretty sure that I did not actually make the above post.
I think this is a news worthy issue, if I make a comment that is serious, I normally ditch the screen name and post it under my own. I would welcome the prospect of Moconews posting or comparing the IP addresses for the other Chem7.
I am based out of Portland Oregon as this post will confirm.
@Kevin … you aren't showing up at the same IP and we see that it's a handle you use elsewhere. We'll close it.
Hi Staci,
I can confirm you can see my nick on twitter @chem7.
I can also provide you with a few more examples of where I use that nick.
The bottom line is that I think there is a direct smear attack going on here. I would be delighted if you guys were able to post the different IP addresses to the comments.
Thankfully then my business and family would not have to suffer.
Cheers,
Kevin
Just as at FYI I posted a tweet on my twitter account (with this article) to confirm this is my IP address.

NI HAO Moco! In case some of Mocos are turning Chinese.
Great work, now it looks more and more suspicious that most of your stories are based on fabricated facts, as you have to delete and restrict comments to posts, and have your 'sources' confronting you etc.
Hmm.. how about if someone called me and told me that your Tricia Duryee are 'told' to be on a LONG holiday right now because of all the stories she made up without any evidences ?
We are closing this thread because someone — or more than one person — has been misappropriating other people's identities.
