I get migraines that start in the right side of my sinus go directly to my temple and then behind my neck and down from there, my dr. put me on topomax, it does not work. I need to get something for the pain so that I do not miss work for 2 days as that is how long these headaches are lasting. But it’s tricky because of the factor 5, they say if I take anything that would act too quick, I could end up having an aneurism. I hope you can help.
