They are brave to sue Mininova for encouraging distribution of copyrighted content, but would they be brave to go after Apple, whose iPod also encourages possession and consumption of copyrighted songs? Let’s face it, to fill up a 160GB iPod Classic you’d need $40,000 worth of MP3′s – who does that really?
