How does Google rank blog posts? How about messages posted on Google Groups or StackOverflow?

The answer is that they haven’t created a special ranking formula for message boards because, well, um, there’s nothing special about them.

And, I hate to break it to you my friend but there’s nothing special about tweets. It’s the same drivel we’ve been subjected to online since Geocities home pages. Give me a break!
