Based on their new alternative payment deal negotiated last July 2009, they should only be paying the greater of 25% of gross revenue or $0.00093 per play/person. GR would put them at $12.5MM. If it&#039;s the latter then they had 30,107,526,882 song plays. 30 billion???? We need better clarification here.
