it is a ripoff
search doesn’t work correctly, and site is down 1/2 the time
i’m going to cancel and demand a refund!

I think it’s a rip off. I already bought the 40 years of Rolling Stone DVD-rom set that contains all issues from the first 40 years. Why should I have to pay the full subscription amount to access any subsequent issues. No consideration for long-time subscribers and those of us who purchased the DVD-rom set.

I have yet to see the site work at all much less be able to pay them any money. This relaunch is a disaster.

Has anyone gotten this site to work today? I entered my credit card information and now when I log in to the site (when I don’t encounter error messages, that is) I am logged in as a different person and can view all of their personal information. I am concerned about my credit card info!

Be careful of using this site until it works properly!
