Next BlackBerry Release Not All About Business, But Media Too

Yesterday at our paidContent Mobile event in New York, BlackBerry Partners Fund Co-Managing Partner John Albright, said the company’s newest devices coming out at the end of August will be far superior to the touchscreen phones they’ve released in the past. Today, RIM (NSDQ: RIMM) provided a taste of what the BlackBerry 6 platform will offer, including details on how it will be a multimedia powerhouse.
Of course, calling it a multimedia powerhouse may be extreme, given that iPhone users can tap into hundreds of thousands of apps and a robust catalog of music and TV in iTunes.

James I’ve been reading your negative comments on every RIM article. You’ve made a full time hobby of it. The only possible explanation for someone finding the energy to write so many posts of the same nature with such regularity must be financial. Are you at least shorting RIM ?
Rim is as much as I has described. Rim’s steady demise is no accident. Beware of Rim.
At least the money losers know why they lost their investments in Rimm.
