I'd like to add a small clarification to this post. The transaction with Federated Media is indeed exciting for both companies. The sale of a portion of our technology validates the breadth and capability of the platform we have been developing over the years. With this deal, TextDigger is refocusing its efforts on the core upon which the business was founded - it's semantic profiling platform for semantic search, related queries, alerting/notification, etc. TextDigger retains all of its search technology, patents, operational capabilities (including our large SaaS data center), and most of its customers. We will continue to service and expand our customer base, delivering semantic technology solutions into some new and exciting areas. Congratulations to all involved in this deal.
