Despite the alleged 90% traffic drop over at the Times, seems News Corp must be happy enough with the paywall idea to push ahead with the rollout across its stable of titles - given the significantly different demographics of the Times and News of the World audiences however, will be very interesting to see how their respective take up rates vary.

We suspect the NOTW audience may be less willing to part with their hard earned, though billing through mobile carriers seems like a smart move. The NOTW rollout should provide a pretty good indication to News Corp execs of the reception their flagship "The Sun" (supposedly next to be thrown over the wall) will receive.
