See, these News Corp (NSDQ: NWS). guys aren’t entirely unreasonable: Fox Networks has struck a new carriage agreement with Dish Network (NSDQ: DISH), ending one of their two current negotiations with distributors.
While the standoff with Cablevision continues, Fox, FX, National Geographic and a slew of Fox-branded regional sports networks will return to Dish just a few days shy of a Sunday deadline that threatened to take the broadcast network off yet another major carrier during post-season baseball. Fox’s cable channels had already been pulled from Dish since Oct. 1.

This kind of antics shouldn’t surprise people, Rupert Murdock does own Fox and Direct TV.
