Impressed that FT realizes their employees need to be expert at the technology to understand customer behavior, and that they’re providing training to help people serve the company’s interests better.

I wish there were more companies with this attitude and approach.

A win-win strategy. It is impossible to understand the impact that a device like the iPad will have on your industry if you don’t use that device. All newspaper, book and magazine publishers should offer their staff the same deal.
