		<description><![CDATA[There is tremendous consumer value in offering serialized drama and reality show episodes &quot;day after&quot; for those who missed an episode and need to catch up.  That consumer need is very different from watching a season on DVD or reruns on cable 3+ years later.  Netflix distribution or that from competitors like Hulu, Apple and cable VOD in that window would not cannibalize later-stage channels.  HBO and Showtime on VOD already prove this model not only works, but helps build audience loyalty to the show.]]></description>
