What is it you do when adding a site to your &quot;stable&quot; of humorous sites?  How does it help you and how would it help the owner of a site?
For Humor-Mill, I am the owner, editor, technical contact, administrative contact, chief book and blackboard washer.
What happens if you find you have an interest in a web site and wish to annex it to your group of humorous sites?
