First of all, great title. Eye for an i was pretty witty thinking. Anyways, I hope neither company wins. Even though one of them is probably right, I think it will start a chain of events in the tech world. I think more people will start suing over designs, and this could lead to slower innovation.

Things are much more dangerous for Apple as it is going to have problems with supplies from Samsung for the iPhone 5 manufacturing. Also the incredibly fast growing android devices is going to fill the gap very fast.
