i am a book reader nothing takes the place of turning a page or the smell of a old book….i would like an ereader just to carry on vacation but the color is the one i would prefer but i definitely can not afford it…so good luck..

Very impressive how B&N and Amazon, two great book companies, are driving innovation forward in what was a stodgy business. As a publisher, we find it almost astonishing how easy it is to post eBooks and how wonderfully affordable they are for readers. On Kindle, for example, we make as much money on a $.99 eBook as on a $4.99 retail product; at $2.99 we make as much as on a $14 title. Win/win.
