I have to wonder if we might see those defendants who've already settled w/ Righthaven banded together into a class to sue the firm? They've undoubtedly signed away any rights to contest the original infringement claims but if Righthaven had no true standing to file suit in the first place could the firm be for pursued by its victims for fraud or some other systematic abuse of process? Bunch of greedy parasites...hope they get exactly what they deserve.
