		<description><![CDATA[The average software related patent is absolutely useless to a practitioner, it&#039;s written in legalese, designed to be as broadly applicable as possible, while also being as general and non-specific as possible to squeak through the USPTO.  The fact that so many innovations manage to somehow get created while ignoring the patent system until after the fact is a damning testimony to the uselessness of the current patent regime.]]></description>
