Although I didn’t get to come along to the CES Press
Conference I did get a chance to review the Hopper before the announcement and
I can honestly say it is very unique.  I
know a lot of customers have been waiting a long time for a multi-room DVR
however I doubt they were expecting one that has the most recording hours of
ANY in the industry.  Working at DISH
gives me an advantage because I buy the newest products when they come out but
nothing has given me more excitement for how the Hopper will change my TV
experience at home.  I can’t wait to be
able to record up to 6 channels at one time thanks to the new Prime Time
Anytime feature that records the 4 major local networks in HD.  Now I don’t have to worry so much about timer
conflicts between me and my kids!
