Wikipedia is already free, it’s just a matter for Orange to ensure that _Orange_ doesn’t charge for traffic to/from Wikipedia … I find it all very strange. Orange doesn’t have to ask anyone’s permission to use Wikipedia for commercial purposes or anything, as long as they share the contents under the same license.
