		<description><![CDATA[It wouldn&#039;t hurt if Netflix had some sort of a localised marketing strategy and communication plan. Swarming facebook with ads and regurgitating Canadian (beavers- really?) television adverts isn&#039;t the way to do it! Their call center has NO idea on any upcoming roadmap - will Netflix ever be available on Bravia/  all drew fumbling incoherent jargon.

What Netflix has going in their favour is better content, User Interface and customer proposition  than Lovefilm- I love the fact that if I pause something on my laptop, I start exactly from where I left off on my android, they also don&#039;t have 500 adverts popping up like Lovefilm does on their website and the films have subtitles which makes watching international films much easier- but why they haven&#039;t harped on about that is perhaps down to not researching the market or competition or sheer laziness or could it be arrogance? ]]></description>
