		<description><![CDATA[AT&amp;T should simply stop renewing unlimited data plans. They are under no obligation to grandfather unlimited data customers at contract expiration or renewal. It will take a couple of years for all the unlimited plans to be phased out, and in the meantime they will continue to experience data overload and there will be data speed reductions, but it won&#039;t be intentional throttling of specific customer.]]></description>
