It is quite astonishing how proud Virgin Media are of "their" Tivo despite it being full of bugs (and lacking in true Tivo functionality) practically none of which have been fixed since it was launched. Even deleting a recording is "problematic" and doesn't work most of the time. Far too much of the guide data is missing or inaccurate but they just keep blaming the service providers, despite it being their technology that is failing. All that seems to matter is sales and ticking a few boxes for the marketing department.
