Especially for Apple as they make it a habit of suing everybody for patent violations. But what makes it even more interesting, is that they sued Samsung for a patent that’s not even theirs. How do they preset anything in court from now on, without raising questionable and anti competitiveness conclusions. And what do Samsung do now, file for damages?
