I want to watch True Blood on my iPad. Hmmm, let me fire up the HBO Go App and log in. Okay, now I want to watch Breaking Bad. Hmmm, let me fire up the AMC app and log in. I want to watch Dexter. Hmmm, let me fire up the Showtime app and log in. Hmmm, I'm getting a little tired of launching new apps and logging in all the time.

TV Everywhere and HBO Go were created with everyone but the customer in mind. Is that a great business model?

When oh when will the trust busters do something about the unholy alliance of content providers and raw bandwidth providers? Or when will the content providers figure out on the Intertubes you don't need to be in bed with tube plumbers? Multi-device platform also means multi-network delivery. Ditch the Comcast and let me pay directly. I will even pay the $12 and you don't need to share it.

Since you still need a cable subscription to get hbo go, it is not on every device.
If one could get hbo a la carte without being forced to subsidize the likes of fox news and the hgtv, there would be sonething prolific about it. I will stick with netflix like services, time warner can shove their premium content where the sun don't shine.
