Does “streaming over Verizon’s network” mean that you can only use the streaming service if you are a Verizon FiOS customer?

Some names tell you that the company is headed by immature hackers. Other names demonstrate that the company’s leaders thought long and hard about their customers before making a choice. This one shows you that a bunch of puffed-up suits argued and threatened each other for weeks over who should get credit for what will certainly be a mediocre offering.
