Have you USED this app?

It is far and away the best news portal on iOS. Better than CNN, BBC, ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX.

The funny thing everybody is hooked on the summaries because it is called summly. But the summaries are MEANINGLESS except as they convey just enough information to decide if you want to learn more by clicking on the real article.

But the interface is so smooth, so natural, so beautiful and easy that it has expanded my ability to very quickly find the issues of the day that interest me.

Try using BBC or CNN or Drudge or the NY Times sites. Then go use Summly for a few days.

I moved it to my main page and don't even open my entire directory of news apps.

Everybody is interested in those summaries, but they just do not matter. The interface, the experience, the speed with which I either move on, read in detail and switch between categories is what makes this a world killer.

Yahoo is probably impressed with his age, 17 because someone told them that 'yougsters just know'. We may expect a new quest for 13 y.o.'people in the know'. And if they say that they just want to play games and socialize with schoolmates, we would try to find hidden meaning in that. Because they are people 'in the know', right?
