		<description><![CDATA[I would concur that matching content to cheap smart phones would be the way to push this forward.  Living in a country with low mobile phone penetration (Malawi) it still makes sense to get school materials delivered in this manner.  We are waiting for a breakthrough product in terms of costs on smart phones.  Meanwhile second hand recycled smart phones from the West can be re-used and jail broken to get things started.]]></description>
